Construction project to include replacement of an existing gravel parking lot with new 41 space asphalt parking lot. Construction includes miscellaneous regrading, sidewalks, drainage and landscape improvements. Alternate bid includes overlay of adjacent existing 16 space parking lot. Parking lot is located at the Bass Lake Retreat Center at 900 Bass Lake Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540.
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Holly Springs until Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 2:00 pm and opened Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 2:00 pm via zoom

Each proposal shall be submitted in a sealed envelope on the printed form, or exact copies thereof, contained in the Contract Documents. These proposals shall be plainly marked:
“Bass Lake Retreat Center
Town of Holly Springs Project No. 18-013”The envelope shall also be marked with the Bidder’s name, address,
North Carolina contractor license number, and name and phone number of a
contact person. All bids shall include the entire contract document bound as
it was presented for bid, with applicable bidding information filled out. Do
not remove section and resubmit.
