[ARCHIVED] How can we help you?

You can call us, you can email us or you can drop by during business hours. You can mail us a note, you send us a message on Facebook, Twitter or "a href="http://www.nextdoor.com/" target="new">Nextdoor… and now you also can submit an online form to contact Holly Springs government employees.

The Town recently launched an online help desk as another way for locals to get questions answered and give feedback to the Town. Find the online help desk at http://www.hollyspringsnc.us/helpdesk or click the “Report a Concern” button on the Town homepage.

“The Town wants to provide citizens another avenue to submit requests, no matter what time of the day,” said Rick Ralph, systems administrator for the Town. “Also, the online helpdesk makes it more convenient for citizens to reach out to the Town for non-critical issues.”

Visitors to the online help desk select a topic from a list, enter their contact information, and describe how the Town can help. The Town will respond within two business days.

In emergencies and when a more immediate response is needed (for example if garbage, recycling or yard waste collection is missed) please call the Town. Frequently requested numbers are listed on the online help desk page and throughout the Town website.
