The price of a cup of a cup of coffee in Holly Springs Friday and Saturday will be only 2 cents at one of our 2-Cent Coffee Booths hosted by the Town of Holly Springs and our branding study consulting firm, Streetsense. If you give us your 2-cents worth, we’ll give you a cup of coffee!
Last week, nearly 1,000 responded to an initial survey to select words, phrases and images that spoke to them as representative of Holly Springs. From those responses, the Streetsense team developed three “mood boards” containing colors and images illustrating the most popular responses in the branding survey. The next phase in the project is to narrow the field of three down to one tone.
That’s where you and your 2 cents come in.
This Friday and Saturday, stop by one of our coffee stations set up near businesses and public spaces. Give us your 2-cents on the mood boards by filling out a brief electronic survey and get a free cup of coffee. Your 2 cents (get it?) will help us focus our efforts to design a new logo and brand identity for the town.
Stop by and give us your 2 cents if you see our booth.
Confirmed coffee booth stations are 1 to 4 p.m. Friday at the Holly Springs Towne Center Shopping Center (in the plaza next to Tijuana Flats) and at the Holly Springs Cultural Center, and from 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Friday at My Way Tavern and at Bass Lake Draft House.
Surveys will continue Saturday at coffee stations from 9 to 11:30 a.m at Womble Park (pavilion next to tennis courts) and at the Holly Springs Farmers Market (rain location is Holly Springs Cultural Center.)
If you can’t make the trip to one of our coffee booths, the survey is available online through Sept. 19, and you can give us your impressions of the mood boards and take the survey at: www.streetsense.com/2cents.
