Bass Lake Park offers a variety of rental packages. Reserve both the deck and conference room together with a special package, or just the room, and add on only the amenities you need.
Rental Guidelines
- Reservations must be made in person by appointment only. Facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance. Reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.
- All rental fees and deposits are due at the time the reservation is made.
- Rentals must be a minimum of three hours and may take place anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. and midnight.
- Rentals must begin before or at sundown.
- Access to facilities is not available before or after rental times.
- All set up and clean up must take place within the rental time.
- The park offers no linens, dishes, paper towels, etc.
- Any food service provided at the event is the renter's responsibility.
- No personal grills are permitted in the park. Commercial pig cookers with a drip pan are allowed in the parking lot. Park staff determines on a case-by-case basis to allow charcoal or gas grills used onsite by catering companies.
- No open flames are allowed on the deck.
- Park staff determines on a case-by-case basis to allow food trucks and large catering vehicles that remain in the parking lot during the duration of the event.
