Inclement Weather Cancellations

Sunday, Jan. 16, Holly Springs Parks & Recreation facilities will be closed with programs and events canceled due to the possibility of inclement weather.

Monday, Jan. 17, town offices, the Hunt Center, Bass Lake Park Office and the Holly Springs Cultural Center are closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Garbage and recycling collection is on schedule. 

The town's Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service scheduled for Monday, Jan. 17, has been adjusted. Care package assembly and thank you card creation has been moved indoors to the Hunt Center from 10 a.m.-noon Monday. Work on horseshoe pits and Gaga ball court construction will be rescheduled to another day. Click here for more information about the event.

  1. Holly Springs Cultural Center

    The Holly Springs Cultural Center will be closed Sunday, January 16 due to inclement weather. The Center is also closed on Monday, January 17 for the Martin Luther King Holiday. At this time, we anticipate reopening normally on Tuesday, January 18th at 9AM.

  1. Hunt Center


    Due to the threat of ice and inclement conditions, the Hunt Recreation Center will be closed on Sunday, January 16. 

    • All Parks and Recreation programs, events and facility rentals are cancelled for Sunday, January 16.
