Hunt Recreation Center - 55+
Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, all are welcome to join us on Tuesdays and
Thursdays at 1:00pm for this gentle yoga class. We will be practicing traditional yoga poses
and breathing techniques that will energize and unite your mind, body, and spirit. The class
will focus on improving self-awareness, flexibility, and overall health. Because this is a class
for all levels, modifications will be provided.
