Bass Lake Park offers a variety of rental packages

• Hourly rentals for the conference room with add-ons for amenities you need
• Hourly rentals for the conference room and the deck with add-ons for the amenities you need
• Wedding package, use of our facility for the entire weekend during normal operating hours *afterhours staffing available for additional charge
• Business Packages Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
• Monday – Thursday evening room rental

• Rates are for Holly Springs residents/Non-residents – resident is defined as someone who resides within the Municipal Town Limits of Holly Springs and pays Holly Springs taxes and/or utilities

Reservation Information

• Reservations must be made in person by appointment only
• Facilities may be reserved up to one year in advance
• Reservations are given on a first come, first served basis
• Reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance
• All fees and deposits are due at the time the reservation is made
• Any food service provided at event is the renter’s responsibility
• Tables and chairs are provided for inside the conference room only, any outside seating must be provided by renter
