Development Review Submittals
(formerly Planning & Zoning submittals)
A concept meeting (pre-submittal meeting) is required before an application can be submitted. Petitions will not be accepted if a concept meeting has not been held or if the concept meeting has been held more than 8 weeks prior to the submittal.
Thank you for making a digital submittal to the Town of Holly Springs FTP site. All information required as part of your petition must be submitted in PDF format by 12 p.m. on the submittal day. Please submit the PDF as one file containing the complete submittal (i.e. transmittal, applications, maps, etc.), and name the file with the project name and date.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in an incomplete submittal, and the applicant will be subject to a $50 incomplete fee.
Civil Construction Drawing & Special Study Submittals

Thank you for making a digital submittal to the Town of Holly Springs FTP site. All required information must be submitted by 12 p.m. on the submittal day.
Please include all items required for a complete submittal (i.e. transmittal, fee sheet, applications, maps, special studies, plans, etc.) and include the project name and date in the file name for every item uploaded.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in rejection as an incomplete submittal, and it will not enter the review cycle.
You will be contacted regarding the required payment once the fee sheet and other items submitted have been reviewed. Payment must be remitted per the instructions provided prior to receiving any comments or approvals.
