Utley Creek Greenway

From West Ballentine Street to Morgan Park

Project description:

The Utley Creek Greenway project will provide a connection between west and east Holly Springs, traveling from West Ballentine Street near the Oaks of Avent Acres club house, along an existing greenway, through an existing pedestrian tunnel under N.C. 55, to the Morgan Park greenway.

The work is funded in part with an 80/20 match from the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program fund. Extension to the Holly Glen neighborhood is planned in the future.

From West Ballentine Street near the Oaks of Avent Acres club house to the Morgan Park greenway. See a map.

Status: Under Construction
