Online Utility Access Change Brings Increased Security and Flexibility

The Town of Holly Springs is committed to personal information security and a great customer experience. As part of these of commitments, beginning Friday, Nov. 9, Holly Springs utility customers who access their accounts online will need to create a new username and password. Instead of an account number and last name, they will sign in with the username and password they have chosen. In addition to the increased security of the Town's utility billing software update, customers will no longer need their account number every time they sign in.

To create a new login profile:

  • Visit beginning Friday and click the “Create user profile link.” 
  • Enter your account number and the last name associated with your account. Click “Confirm account.”
  • Enter a new username and password, as well as your email address. Click “Register.” 
  • An email with an account activation link will be sent to the user. Click the link in the email to complete the process. The user will be able to log in with their new username and password. 

Online utility account access will be unavailable Thursday, Nov. 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m., while the software is being updated. 

Town eBill utility customers were notified about the upcoming login profile change last month.
