The Board of Adjustment meets the second Tuesday of the month, when needed, at 7 p.m. in Town Hall.
The board rules on variances from town zoning regulations and appeals of staff-level zoning decisions. It acts separately from the Town Council. Appeals of board rulings go to Superior Court.
The eight-member citizen board includes four in-town regular members and two alternates, plus a regular member and an alternate from the town’s planning jurisdiction outside Holly Springs.
