The Town of Holly Springs is installing a new odor control system at the Utley Creek wastewater treatment plant to improve air quality near the plant, prolong the life of the plant and bring the facility up to date with standard odor control practices. Construction on the project is expected to begin later this summer and be completed in summer 2020.

Learn more about a project to install a new odor control system for the Utley Creek wastewater treatment plant.
Visit Holly Springs Fire Station 2 anytime between 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, for an informal open house about this project. During the open house, talk with town Water Quality staff, ask questions and share feedback. Holly Springs firefighters and fire safety dog Cinder also will be at the meeting to share fire and life safety information.
