Device Requirements

Camera streams can be viewed on PCs and Macs, as well as on iPhone/iPads and Android devices. Third-party software may be required. On some devices the video stream may automatically start, but on others you may manually have to select a link or button to start the stream.

Terms and Conditions

Parks and Recreation camera streams are offered as best effort. There is no guarantee on video quality or availability. Many factors may affect video quality or availability, including, but not limited to, bandwidth utilization, weather, lighting, maintenance, signal quality, viewer's internet connection or device, obstructions, camera distance from field, etc. All video is subject to recording. no audio capturing is in use on any of the cameras and their associated streams.

The Town of Holly Springs is not affiliated with and does not provide warranty for any third-party software used to view the camera streams. This includes, but is not limited to, the camera viewing software Apple Quicktime, JWPlayer, Flash Player, and VLC. All third-party software and use of the streaming cameras is at the risk of the viewer. The Town’s Parks and Recreation Staff and Information Technology (IT) staff do not provide support for issues that viewers may have with the camera streams and third-party software.

The Town is not responsible for content presented over the camera streams. Cameras stream 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and are not on any delay. Therefore, the Town does not censor camera content.

To report suspected issues with the camera streams, email the IT Department Director.
