A Resource: Police to Citizen

The Wake County P2C (Police to Citizen) website allows citizens to search, view, and print incident reports and arrest records for Holly Springs, Knightdale, Wendell, and Zebulon Police Departments, Wake County ABC, Wake County Sheriff’s Office, and City-County Bureau of Investigations. This system utilizes data shared between multiple Wake County law enforcement agencies, and is hosted and maintained by Wake County Sheriff’s Office.

Golf Carts on Public Streets

The Town of Holly Springs allows licensed drivers 18 and older to operate a properly registered golf cart on town streets with speed limits of 25 mph or less.

Distracted Driving

N.C. law prohibits texting while driving. is a federal government resource for learning about the dangers of distracted driving. It has information for teens, parents, teachers, employers and community groups.

N.C. Center for Missing Persons

The N.C. Center for Missing Persons serves as the clearinghouse for information regarding missing children and adults and is charged with issuing AMBER Alerts and Silver Alerts. The agency works with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to locate missing persons and reunite them with their families. More information.
Safe Exchange Zone
The Safe Exchange Zone is an area located in front of the Law Enforcement Center and has been established for the safe exchange of money or goods.  The marked spaces are under video surveillance which is monitored by police staff.  Firearms and weapons are prohibited from being exchanged here but anything else is allowed.  See the video.
