Registration for parks and recreation programs is available in person only during December.
Set up your online account beginning this month. Look for the new online registration system in January.
Beginning in January, open the online registration website in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and select "Facility Search" from the Search menu.
Type in the reservation Date and select "Picnic Shelter" for the Type.
Click the "Search" button.
Choose the appropriate shelter and time block by clicking the "+" button.
*Please note: if you wish to reserve the shelter for the entire day, select both time blocks.
The item(s) selected will display at the bottom of the screen.
If you have no other transactions, click "Add To Cart."
Select the appropriate family member (the family member must be at least age 18 and present during the reservation).
Type in the Reservation Purpose, for example, "Family Reunion."
Read the waiver and check the box beside "I agree with the above" to continue. If you have questions or concerns with the waiver, please come in to speak with a staff person before registering. Then click "Continue."
Click "Proceed to Checkout" and answer any required fields.
